Introduce the cinnamon sticks to the mixture, then secure the lid and set the cooker to high pressure for a duration of 6 minutes.
After the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally.
Once the pressure has fully dissipated, take out the cinnamon sticks and discard them, then gently fold in the blueberries.
For serving, ladle 1 cup of the oat mixture into each bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of milk on top, followed by half a banana sliced, a drizzle of 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
