Ingredients

  • 4 large hard boiled eggs
  • kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped green scallions or chives
  • 4 teaspoons light mayonnaise

    Carefully remove the yolks from the egg whites, setting aside 2 of the yolks to throw away. (My pup enjoys them!)
