Cook the cauliflower and garlic by steaming or boiling them until they become tender.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain it thoroughly. Incorporate buttermilk, butter, salt, and pepper, then blend the mixture using an immersion blender until smooth. (If you haven't added a hand blender to your kitchen tools yet, I highly recommend it. It’s a staple in my cooking routine, and you’ll be amazed at how essential it becomes!) Alternatively, a standard blender can also be used for this step.
