Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

    Cut the kale into thin strips, approximately 1/4-inch wide.
