Ingredients

  • 1 ounce about 1/4 small Haas avocado
  • 1 small green onion
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1.5-ounce slice 100% whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 small radish
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 ounces cooked lump crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice from ½ small lime

Instructions

    Using a fork, thoroughly mash the avocado in a small mixing bowl until it reaches a creamy consistency.

    In a separate small bowl, mix together the crab meat, 2 teaspoons of chopped cilantro, lime juice, chopped onion whites, and a dash of salt and pepper.
