Begin by setting your oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. If opting for parchment, lightly spray it with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, whisking thoroughly. Incorporate the yogurt and blend using a fork or spatula until the mixture resembles small crumbles.
Sprinkle some flour on a clean work surface and transfer the dough from the bowl. Knead the dough gently for several turns, approximately 15, until it becomes smooth and slightly tacky but not overly sticky (it should not leave residue on your hands when pulled away).
Dust both your work surface and rolling pin with additional flour.
Roll the dough out into a thin rectangle shape. Cut the dough into strips that are 1/4 inch thick.
Take each hot dog half and wrap it with the dough strips, ensuring to leave space for the eyes. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. Continue this process with the remaining hot dogs and dough.
Apply an egg wash to each wrapped hot dog and place them in the oven to bake for 12 minutes.
Once baked, use mustard or ketchup to attach the eyes. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
