Use paper towels to thoroughly extract all moisture from the zucchini.
In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, zucchini, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, diced onion, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until well blended, then fold in 1/4 cup of feta from the Salad Savors. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions, shaping them into patties that are not overly thick to ensure even cooking.
Place the patties in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook them.
In a separate medium bowl, mix together the chopped cucumber, diced tomato, red onion, SaladSavors, vinegar, salt, and the remaining feta. Stir until evenly combined.
For indoor cooking: Preheat a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Once heated, lightly mist the pan with cooking spray. Add the patties to the skillet and then lower the heat to low. Cook one side until it develops a nice brown color, then carefully flip the patties. Continue to flip them occasionally to avoid burning and to ensure they are cooked through.
For grilling: Ensure the grill is thoroughly cleaned before use and generously oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the patties over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until they are no longer pink in the center.
To serve, place a burger on a plate and generously top it with 2/3 cup of the prepared salad.
