In a small saucepan, mix together 2/3 cup of water, the oats, and the mashed banana.
Place the saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, and cook until the oats have thickened and softened, which should take around 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the type of oats you are using.
Pour the cooked oatmeal into a bowl and garnish with the remaining sliced banana, fresh raspberries, blueberries, chopped almonds, and chia seeds. Finish by drizzling the warm peanut butter on top.
