Ingredients

  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp worcesterchire sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • salt
  • 1.3 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup ketchup + 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1

Begin by setting your oven to 350°F to preheat.

  2. 2

In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over low heat and add the chopped onion, cooking until it becomes soft and translucent.

  3. 3

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed onion, oats, egg, ketchup, salt, and marjoram, stirring until everything is well incorporated.

  4. 4

Portion the mixture into four equal sections, placing each portion into a non-stick mini loaf pan, or alternatively, shape them into small loaves and arrange them on a non-greased nonstick baking sheet.

  5. 5

In a small bowl, blend the remaining 2 tablespoons of ketchup with Worcestershire sauce, then use a brush to apply this mixture generously over the top of each loaf to create a lovely glaze.

  6. 6

Place the loaves in the oven and bake uncovered for approximately 40 minutes at 350°F.

  7. 7

Once they are finished baking, allow the meatloaves to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
