  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1-2 jalapeño or serrano pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
