In a jar, mix the oats with 1/2 cup of milk.
Incorporate the pumpkin butter, chia seeds, and your choice of spices into the mixture.
Secure the lid on the jar, give it a good shake, and place it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
The following morning, take the jar out of the fridge and allow it to rest on the counter for 30 minutes to warm up (alternatively, you can heat it in the microwave for a few seconds if you prefer).
Slice the banana and add it to the oats, then dust with a pinch of cinnamon and pumpkin spice. Finish off with a sprinkle of nuts and, if you like, a dollop of whipped topping. Enjoy!
