Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin butter
  • 1/2 cup espresso
  • fat-free whipped topping
  • dash pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

    In a saucepan, mix together the milk, pumpkin butter, and your preferred sweetener. Heat over medium flame, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a boil.

    Take the pan off the heat and incorporate the vanilla extract and pumpkin spice into the mixture.
