Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz each lean boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt and fresh pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. 1

Remove excess fat from the pork chops. In a spacious mixing bowl, add the pork and season it with garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the lime and incorporate some of the zest, then allow the mixture to marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes.

  2. 2

For broiling: Cover a broiler pan with aluminum foil for simplified cleanup. Arrange the pork chops on the prepared broiler pan and broil for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they achieve a nice brown color. If you prefer grilling, cook them over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
