Ingredients

  • 6 oz brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

    Using a sturdy chef’s knife, remove the stems from the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise. Next, lay the cut sides down on your cutting board and finely shred the sprouts into thin strips.

    Transfer the shredded sprouts into a spacious bowl and mix them with olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and salt and pepper according to your preference.
