  • 2 1/2 tablespoons seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 pound cauliflower florets
