  • 1 ½ pounds sliced mixed mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Drizzle of good quality balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • black pepper
