Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi grade tuna
  • 1/4 cup thin sliced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek or sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce*

Instructions

    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and carefully mix them together until they are evenly combined.

    Enjoy right away, or if you prefer, cover the bowl securely and chill it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
