Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1 small jalapeño
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Instructions

    Lightly coat the shrimp with oil and sprinkle with garlic and seasoning salt for flavor.

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce. If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water to achieve a drizzling consistency; set it aside or pour it into a squeeze bottle for easy application.

    For the slaw, mix together cabbage, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld.

    Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. Cook the shrimp for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time until they are fully cooked in the center. If using a skillet, heat it to medium-high and cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

    Alternatively, if cooking in a skillet: Work in two batches, cooking the shrimp over medium-high heat for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and are cooked through.
