Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp herbs de provence
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • fresh lime zest
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil to facilitate easy cleanup.

  3. 3

Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

Slice each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 1/4 inch thick fries.

  5. 5

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with the oil; mix thoroughly to ensure even coating.

  6. 6

Incorporate the rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, and your chosen seasoning into the bowl.

  7. 7

Toss the mixture again to ensure all the ingredients are well-coated.

  8. 8

Arrange the fries in a single layer on the greased baking sheet.

  9. 9

Bake them uncovered for approximately 25 minutes or until they reach a tender-crisp texture, flipping them once halfway through the baking time.

  10. 10

Once done, take them out of the oven and serve alongside the garlic aioli.
