Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 strips chicken tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 4 celery stalks
  • optional: 1/2 cup skinny blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. 1

In a medium mixing bowl, blend together garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper.

  2. 2

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is well-coated.

  3. 3

In a large non-stick skillet, heat half of the oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add half of the chicken strips and cook until they are golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue cooking until the center is fully cooked and no longer pink.

  4. 4

Remove the cooked chicken and set it aside; repeat the process with the remaining oil and chicken strips.

  5. 5

Drizzle the hot sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat each piece evenly.

  6. 6

Serve alongside celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
