This simple, “set it and forget it” Slow Cooker Pulled Pork is incredibly tender and succulent, crafted from the ground up using my signature BBQ sauce.

Position the pork in the slow cooker and generously season it with salt, vinegar, garlic powder, and liquid smoke.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat, allowing it to cook for 8 to 12 hours until the meat is tender.
Once cooked, carefully take the pork out and place it on a large platter; make sure to strain and keep all the cooking liquid in a cup for later use.
Using two forks, shred the pork into bite-sized pieces, then return it to the slow cooker along with approximately 3/4 cup of the saved liquid and the BBQ sauce (I recommend using 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce for every 3 ounces of cooked pork).
Increase the heat to high and let it cook for an additional hour.
