Pour water into the inner pot of the Deluxe Multi Cooker until it reaches the 1/2 fill line.
Secure the lid and choose the SOUS VIDE option. Adjust the temperature to 145°F (63°C) and set the timer for 2 hours. Press and hold the START button.
Sprinkle seasoning salt over the chicken. Arrange the chicken in a single layer inside a gallon-sized resealable bag, remove any air, and seal it tightly.
Once you hear three beeps and see "Add" on the display, open the lid and carefully lower the bag into the water, ensuring the seal stays above the waterline. Lock the lid back in place and press START.
After the timer reaches zero, hit CANCEL. Carefully take the bag out of the water. Open the bag and remove the chicken.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and mix it with the remaining ingredients.
Adjust seasoning with salt according to your preference.
