Begin by setting your oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
In four individual oven-safe baking dishes measuring 5 x 7 inches, pour 1/4 cup of quick marinara sauce into the base of each dish.
Distribute 3/4 cup of cooked spaghetti squash evenly over the sauce in each dish.
Spoon 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese on top of the squash in each dish. Then, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese and place 0.75 oz of mozzarella cheese on each.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top, followed by additional Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Cover the dishes with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges start to bubble. After that, remove the foil and continue to bake for another 5 minutes.
