  • 1/2 lb thin sliced beef round sandwich steaks
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 12 oz French bread or baguette
  • 12 ultra thin slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 large onion
