Prepare a small baking sheet measuring 13 x 9 inches by lining it with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, combine the yogurt, honey, half a cup of strawberries, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt. Blend on high speed for about 10 to 15 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
Transfer the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, using an offset spatula to spread it out evenly across the surface.
Scatter the remaining strawberries and nuts on top of the yogurt layer.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for approximately 2 hours to allow it to firm up. Once set, cut into 12 pieces and enjoy while frozen.
