  • 3 tbsp sweet red chili sauce

  • 1 – 2 tsp Sriracha

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

    Transfer the seasoned drumsticks to a large ziplock bag or a container, then pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of sriracha. Allow them to marinate in the refrigerator overnight for optimal flavor infusion.
