Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar or agave
  • 1 cup Quaker quick oats
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, agave nectar or sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and the zest of one lemon.

    Dust the fruit mixture with cornstarch and gently toss to ensure all the fruit is evenly coated.

    Transfer the fruit mixture into a pie dish that has not been greased.

    In a separate medium bowl, blend the remaining topping ingredients and evenly distribute them over the fruit layer.
