  • 5 oz canned albacore tuna
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
  • fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 oz fresh shaved Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp capers
