Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

    Begin by setting your oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.

    In a small mixing bowl, blend together 2 tablespoons of ketchup with Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

    In a larger bowl, mix together the ground turkey, grated zucchini, dried onion, oats or breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup, salt, and marjoram until everything is evenly incorporated.

    Form the mixture into a loaf shape and transfer it onto a baking sheet. Pour the sauce on top of the loaf for added flavor.
