Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • watermelon with rind and lime wedges
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz Absolut Citron
  • 1 oz Midori Melon liqueur

Instructions

    Cut one cup of watermelon into tiny cubes.

    In a blender, puree the remaining 2 cups of watermelon, then incorporate vodka, liqueur, lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.

    Distribute 6 oz of the martini mixture into each martini glass, then add 1/4 cup of the leftover watermelon cubes to each glass and finish off with garnishes of watermelon and lime slices.

    For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the vodka with a splash of orange juice and add ice cubes instead.
