Begin by warming a spacious skillet over high heat until it reaches a sizzling temperature. Once it’s hot, pour in the olive oil and add the minced garlic.
Cook the mixture for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic turns a lovely golden hue on both sides.
Introduce the baby spinach to the skillet, tossing it in the oil to ensure it’s evenly coated. Lower the heat to medium and continue to stir.
Once the spinach has wilted down, which should take around 2 minutes, take the skillet off the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
