Ingredients

  • 8 lamb loin chops
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Za’atar
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. 1

Coat the lamb chops with a mixture of oil and minced garlic.

  2. 2

Drizzle fresh lemon juice over both surfaces, then sprinkle with salt, za’atar, and freshly ground black pepper.

  3. 3

Cook the chops on an outdoor grill or an indoor grill pan over medium-high heat until they reach your preferred doneness, which should take approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side, or alternatively, broil in the oven on the top rack for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

  4. 4

Once again, coat the lamb chops with oil and minced garlic for added flavor.

  5. 5

Squeeze lemon juice over both sides, followed by a seasoning of salt, za’atar, and black pepper.

  6. 6

Set the air fryer to 400°F. In batches, arrange the lamb in a single layer and cook until they reach your desired doneness, roughly 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
