Preheat a medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
Pour in 1 teaspoon of oil along with the crushed red pepper flakes, then introduce the shrimp to the skillet. Season with a small pinch of salt and pepper; sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Incorporate half of the minced garlic into the pan and cook for an additional minute, or until the shrimp turns opaque and is fully cooked.
Transfer the shrimp to a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of oil and the remaining garlic; sauté for 30 seconds. Next, add the zucchini noodles and stir-fry for 1 1/2 minutes.
Return the shrimp and tomatoes to the skillet and drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture.
Take the skillet off the heat and serve immediately.
